The KYS cement project in Turkey is located in Kayseri Province in central Turkey and represents another significant achievement for Pengfei Group in the Turkish market. The project adopted an EP (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) general contracting model, providing a one-stop service covering the entire process from process design, core equipment manufacturing, and complete equipment supply to installation guidance, commissioning, and personnel training. The project scope encompasses the complete cement grinding system, from cement batching station to finished cement packaging and shipping.
The project's core equipment utilizes a Φ4.2×14.5m center-driven cement mill independently developed by Pengfei Group, equipped with a high-efficiency air classifier to form an advanced closed-circuit grinding system, designed to produce 800,000 tons of high-quality cement annually. This type of cement mill boasts significant advantages such as high grinding efficiency, low operating energy consumption, stable product quality, and low maintenance costs. It is a mature product resulting from Pengfei Group's technological iteration and market validation, and has been successfully applied in over 70 countries and regions worldwide.

The project was officially signed on March 20, 2025. Under the leadership of Project Manager Jack Lee, the project team collaborated closely with the Turkish office, overcoming multiple challenges common to transnational projects, including logistics, language barriers, cultural differences, and construction environments. Through scientific planning and meticulous organization, they completed all work from design, manufacturing, delivery to installation and commissioning in just 14 months.
On May 10, 2026, the project successfully completed its first batch of qualified cement production, meeting and exceeding all technical specifications stipulated in the contract during subsequent performance evaluations. This achievement demonstrates outstanding results, including early production and immediate production targets. Pengfei's team's efficient contract fulfillment and strong technical capabilities earned high praise and full trust from the client.
