He visited the site multiple times, adjusting the construction plan in a timely manner based on the delivery situation, ensuring that construction quality, progress, and safety management were all under control, greatly encouraging all on-site construction personnel.

Wang Jia'an, a recipient of the National May 1st Labor Medal, spearheaded the establishment of a Model Worker Innovation Studio, which currently has 19 members. With model worker Party members at the forefront, the studio comprehensively implements its tasks of tackling key challenges and promoting innovation. Its main focus is on the research and development of complete sets of equipment for building materials, environmental protection, metallurgy, and chemical machinery, as well as the application of new technologies and product technology improvement. The studio has successively received honors such as "National Worker Pioneer" and "Nantong City Top Ten Model Worker Innovation Studios."
The establishment of the Model Worker Innovation Studio's Party branch has consistently adhered to the principles of "positive team spirit, substantial scientific and technological knowledge, active management awareness, and an innovative working atmosphere." It leverages the Party branch's role as a fighting fortress, focusing on the development strategy of "innovation, transformation, and upgrading," with "quality and efficiency" as its core work focus.
